When we embark on a new project, an account manager puts together a dedicated team responsible for producing your piece. They also oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring meticulous coordination at every stage.
From the outset, the project’s feasibility is factored into the planning process, considering all the trades and parties involved. This is a real coordination challenge, but is absolutely essential for ensuring the project’s success.
In addition, the account manager is actively involved in meetings with the architect and other stakeholders, either in the office or directly on site. This helps communication to flow smoothly and means that any adjustments needed can be made during the course of the project.
